Steph brings experience in divorce, child custody and support, property tax assessment litigation, debt collection, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, as well as various tenants of municipal and school law to MPL. Although focusing on client-centered mediation and settlement, Steph has taken child custody and support cases to trial and has assisted on child custody matters pending before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Steph has maintained an extensive residential and commercial property tax assessment practice while representing both property owners and taxing bodies.

Steph, a York native, has recently returned to the area after attending college and law school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has been licensed to practice in the Commonwealth since 2014. While in law school, Steph acted as a certified legal intern for the Allegheny County Family Law Clinic where she drafted and presented Petitions and Motions to Allegheny County Family Division judges on behalf of indigent clients. She looks forward to assisting clients and further developing her domestic practice in her hometown.
