Cory Dillinger

Cory joined MPL Law Firm in October of 2020 with a focus on Municipal Law, Renewable Energy Development and Business Law.

A significant portion of Cory’s practice is dedicated to the development of renewable energy projects. Recently, Cory has assisted numerous solar energy developers across Pennsylvania on a variety of matters including initial project planning phases, navigating municipal ordinances, zoning approvals, entitlements, land-development approval, building permits, stormwater management, etc. He has successfully assisted these developers from the land acquisition phase to a myriad of post-construction issues a solar project may face.

Prior to joining MPL Law Firm as a full-time attorney, Cory worked for two years as a law clerk for a Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation firm based out of Pittsburgh. In his last year of law school, Cory assisted and represented Pro Se individuals for various domestic and family law matters in the Allegheny County Pro Se Assistance Program as a Certified Legal Intern.

A 2020 graduate from the University Of Pittsburgh School of Law, Cory was frequently involved in the W. Edward Sell Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Cory, as a new member of the York County Bar Association, is looking forward to getting involved in the Greater York Community.
