Josephine M. Wagaman

Josephine (Jo) is a paralegal with over 35 years of experience.  She primarily assists MPL estate administration attorneys.  In this role, her responsibilities include supporting estate administration by preparing probate paperwork, scheduling virtual probate, and notifying beneficiaries of estate proceedings. She also meets and calls with clients and attorneys.  The position also involves obtaining all necessary documentation to administer the estate, as well as preparing estate opening letters, Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, estate closing agreements, accounts, and final status reports, as needed. Additionally, Jo serves as a Notary Public for estate-related documents, as needed.
