Matthew T. Finnegan

Matthew is a native of Pennsylvania, completing both undergrad and law school in the state, and now providing legal assistance to those people he knows the best. He is originally from Luzerne County but with great ties to Columbia County as well. He has experience working in the energy industry, specifically working with municipalities on siting, permitting, and grant writing and funding concerns. He has also drafted legislation for states across the nation, including Pennsylvania relating to energy and land use concerns. Matthew also has experience in the criminal law arena through his time with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office, spending countless hours in front of the Judge or Jury.
