Cory Dillinger: York Renewable Energy Attorney
Cory Dillinger is a Partner with MPL Law Firm whose practice focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure development, land use and zoning, municipal law, real estate, and business matters.
Cory represents developers, landowners, municipalities, municipal authorities, and businesses in connection with complex development and infrastructure projects throughout Pennsylvania. He regularly advises clients on project siting, land acquisition, entitlement strategies, zoning approvals, land development applications, permitting, stormwater management, utility coordination, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans all phases of project development, from initial site identification and due diligence through construction and operational matters.
A substantial portion of Cory’s practice is dedicated to renewable energy and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has represented solar energy developers and landowners across Pennsylvania in matters involving project acquisition, leasing, zoning and land use approvals, environmental and permitting requirements, municipal reviews, and post-construction issues. Cory works closely with project stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and advance critical infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
In addition to his renewable energy practice, Cory counsels clients on a broad range of development-related matters, including data center development, utility and municipal authority issues, real estate transactions, development agreements, and land use litigation. He frequently appears before municipal governing bodies, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards, and other administrative agencies throughout the Commonwealth.
Cory is known for providing practical, business-oriented counsel that helps clients overcome regulatory obstacles, manage project risk, and achieve development objectives efficiently and effectively.
Cory earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
