The Fifth Circuit decided to ignore the holidays this year. On December 26th, the injunction originally lifted on December 23rd was put back in place while the appeal progresses. If you feel like your head is on a swivel, you are probably right. As of now, the latest deadlines to file your BOI information with FinCen are on hold.
