Starting a business requires a lot of details. You may be surprised to learn that meeting with advisors is not the first step. James Sanders suggests that you spend 80% of your time focused on the 5Ws:
◻️ Who will the business serve?
◻️ What will the business will do?
◻️ Why are you starting the business?
◻️ Where will you be serving customers?
◻️ When do you want to get started?
When you can answer all of these questions, then you are ready to have a business lawyer conversation to set up your new business as a Sole Proprietorship, LLC or Corporation.
