We spent the last two weeks talking about a company’s mission and vision.  These concepts are important because they serve as the basis for the development of your company’s culture.  This culture is what drives your organization to success.  It is the “buy in” by your team of this culture which ensures that all company activity meets or exceeds the goals and objectives of the organization.  Some of the most successful organizations over time have an easily identifiable culture and that starts from the top.
