In 2023, Liz joined MPL Law Firm as a seasoned attorney specializing in construction law, contract law, and will and estate planning.
Liz began her legal career practicing law in-house, at her family-run construction company. She spent a decade honing her skills through drafting and reviewing a variety of contracts, in the areas of both residential and commercial construction. Liz also has experience working on internal business matters, such as drafting employee handbooks, negotiating vendor agreements, and administering collection matters.
Liz understands firsthand the legal complexities that come along with owning and running a business. Today, she leverages her experience and perspective to connect with her clients and guide them through the unique challenges and opportunities they face.
Liz also focuses her practice on wills, estate planning, and administration, including the probate process. Liz is dedicated to serving her clients by crafting tailored wills, establishing powers of attorney, drafting medical directives, and creating trusts. Liz also has experience handling guardianship matters for personal clients and healthcare organizations.
Outside the office, Liz enjoys playing tennis and cooking. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and actively volunteers at a number of community organizations throughout York and Central PA.
