
Elizabeth Gangloff
Liz is a seasoned attorney specializing in estate planning and administration, long-term care planning (including nursing home and Medicaid planning), elder law, guardianships, and fiduciary services. Liz is dedicated to serving her clients by creating tailored wills, specialized powers of attorney, and advance medical directives, and drafting a variety of trusts, including National Firearm Act (NFA) trusts. Liz also has expertise in handling guardianship matters for personal clients and healthcare organizations. Liz understands the probate process and is here to guide you through what is often an emotional time for families with sensitivity and precision.
Outside of her Estate and Elder law practice, Liz maintains a business transactional and commercial real estate practice. She has experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, as well as representing clients that are buying or selling business through asset-or-stock based transactions.
Outside the office, Liz enjoys playing tennis and traveling. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and actively volunteers at a number of community organizations throughout York and Central PA.
