Are You and Your Team On The Same Page?

In the last of our series on Mission, Vision, Values and Culture, we wrap up with what happens if you don’t embrace these fundamental concepts. You can find yourself with a revolving door of team members. Company culture is just as if not more important than pay for most people.
So, how do you know if your view of company culture is the same as your team. You can start with asking them. Would their answer be the same as yours? If not, there is a disconnect.
